Processing & Production Times

Since most of our products are made-to-order, production times vary:

Video Books – up to 1 month (pre-order item)

Photo Books – up to 10 days

Hoodies – 2–3 weeks

Keychains – 2–3 weeks

Cases – 2–3 weeks

Frames – up to a month

 

Order Hold & Response Policy

To keep our process fair and efficient for all customers, we place a time limit on reserved and paid orders. Once an order is confirmed or placed on hold, the customer is expected to remain reachable and respond to messages regarding payment confirmation, delivery details, and shipping arrangements.

If there is no response from the customer for 40 days, the order will automatically be released. In such cases, the item may be sold to another buyer without further notice. If payment was already made, the order cannot be kept on hold indefinitely, and arrangements for a new order or alternative solution will be discussed once the customer makes contact again.

By placing an order, customers agree to this policy.

Please note: Production times do not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is completed, shipping takes approximately 2–3 business days within South Africa via our courier partners.
